General. This website (“Website”) is owned and operated by Mobile Monday London Productions (“Mobile Monday London Productions”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is made available to you on the following terms and conditions. By using the Website you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use the Website. Mobile Monday London Productions may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made to the terms. Your continued use of the Website after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended.
Data Protection. Mobile Monday London Productions does not collect any personal information.
Licence and Conditions of Use
Mobile Monday London Productions grants you a non-exclusive licence to access and use the content in this Website for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree to indemnify and hold us and any of our officers, employees and agents harmless from and against all and any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses incurred or suffered and any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened, in each case arising from your use of, or conduct on, the Website and/or a breach any of these terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Except as required by law, Mobile Monday London Productions will not be responsible or liable for the quality, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the Website and we not promise that the material contained in the Website, or any of the functions contained in the Website or its server will operate without interruption or delay or will be error free, free of viruses or bugs or is compatible with any other software or material. We provide the Website on an “as is” basis and make no representations or warranties of any kind as to the Websites or the content. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the content published on the Website. Any liability, however it occurs, for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude Mobile Monday London Productions’s liability for any fraudulent misrepresentations, any death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, Mobile Monday London Productions will not be responsible or liable to you for any other loss or damage that you or any third party may suffer as a result of using or in connection with your use of the Website.

Conflict. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on the Website then the latter shall prevail.
Severability. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. and you irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with, these terms and conditions.
